3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Proof of payment should be submitted and verified before we can process your orders.

Refunds

All refunds will be made via GCash or PayPal. Our customer support team will be in communication with you throughout the process.

Exchange & Return Policy

Your item is eligible for a free return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

a. Within 30 days of receipt

b. Invoice available

c. Original condition and tags intact

d. Original packaging
